Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the rental start time will incur a R350 fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will be subject to an administration fee as outlined below.

Cancellations within 72 hours after booking:

• If a booking is made ahead of time but canceled within 72 hours before the booking, a R400 admin fee will be incurred.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:

• If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the rental start time, R350  admin fee will be incurred.

Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance:

• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the rental start time, 40% of the total rental cost will be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time:

• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the rental start time no refund will be granted, a voucher is instead issued and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, or the booking can be rescheduled.

If you do not show up for your rental without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full rental amount.

If you arrive late for your rental, the rental period will still end at the scheduled time, and no refund or extension will be granted.

Rentals are subject to weather conditions. In case of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the rental. No refunds will be granted.

• Only individuals aged 16 and above with are allowed to operate the jet ski.

• All riders must wear provided safety equipment, including life jackets.

• Operating the jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Follow all local maritime laws and regulations while operating the jet ski.

• You are responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski during the rental period due to negligence or misuse.

• We recommend inspecting the jet ski before rental and reporting any pre-existing damage to our staff.

• You may be held liable for repair costs in case of damage.

• Refunds if any will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date.

• Changes to the booking date, time and cancellation are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

• By renting the jet ski, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the jet ski.

• We reserve the right to terminate the rental at any time due to violation of terms, unsafe behavior, or non-compliance with regulations, without refund.
